The ZRP is concerned with motorists who are killing and injuring pedestrians on crossing the roads.
On 02/05/21, a man (29) was hit by a Hino Sino truck at the intersection of Five Avenue and Sam Nujoma Street Harare.
The victim sustained some head injuries and died upon admission at Parirenyatwa Hospital.
On 03/05/21, a fatal accident involving a pedestrian (68) and a motorist driving a Toyota Coaster occurred along Bulawayo Road near Kuwadzana roundabout.
On the same date, a woman (34) died on the spot after she was hit by a Nissan Caravan whilst trying to cross Mutare Road near Mutangadura, Harare.
Police urges motorists and pedestrians to be observant on the roads.
