National Gallery of Zimbabwe marks 66th anniversary A sculptor explains his work to young art enthusiasts.

On July 16, the National Gallery of Zimbabwe (NGZ) marks its 66th year of incorporation. Starting off with one branch, the gallery would open in Bulawayo (1970) and Mutare (1999) and is set to open in Mosi oa Tunya/ Shungu Nyamutitima/ Victoria Falls. The NGZ published these pictures capturing part of its history on its Facebook Page recently as a way of warming up to the birthday celebrations.
