IT was glitz and glamour at Lomagundi College 2022 sporting awards held on Thursday last week with outstanding athletes being honoured for their exploits in the year 2022.
It was particularly a special occasion for Michael Mavera and Derllis Matarangwanda who were named the Sportsman and Sportswoman of the year respectively. Other athletes who also excelled in their various sporting disciplines were also honoured with individual trophies and so were teachers and sports masters who contributed to building sports at the college.
“We had a fantastic time last night (Thursday October 13, 2022) celebrating our 2022 Sportsmen and Sportswomen at the College. We would like to thank all who played a part in organiaing this beautiful event.
