PROPERTY developer, Kainos Gwazeni, has helped residents of Avelon in Chinhoyi acquire compliance certificates necessary for constructing and building their structures legally.
Gwazeni used his expertise in the mapping processes to obtain certificates from the local authority.
His help has been warmly received by the residents who were facing difficulties without the certificates of compliance.
Gwazeni has pledged to plough back to the community and help fully develop other new locations such as Garikai, Destiny, Rujeko, and St Irves in Chinhoyi.
He has also assisted in rehabilitating some of the roads in Avelon to fulfil his responsibilities as a responsible citizen.
“We used to face some difficulties in building our structures because we did not have compliance certificates,” said a resident, Alexander Mugove, from Rujeko.
“I can safely say we are now constructing our structures because of the help we got from Gwazeni.”
Most people residing in Mugove said Gwazeni had used his resources to make sure residents were able to construct structures legally.
“I am very happy that the council is now approving our plans all because of the land developer who helped us after hearing our plight,” said another resident.- H-Metro
Gwazeni told H-Metro that he would continue helping the people of Chinhoyi, especially those residing in the new suburbs.
“I am into land developing and as a resident, I saw it fit to plough back to the community by using my expertise in the mapping processes as a developer to get compliance certificates which convinced council to approve their plans,” said Gwazeni.
“Chinhoyi is fast developing and it is important that I play a leading role in the housing sector.” – H-Metro
