It was glitz and glamour at Lomagundi College as the Chinhoyi-based school held its awards last Thursday evening to honour its sporting heroes for 2022. Honoured at the ceremony were Sportsman and Sportswoman of The Year Michael Mavera and Derllis Matarangwanda respectively as well other athletes who excelled in various sporting disciplines. They walked away with individual trophies while former sports masters and coaches at the school were also honoured for their contribution to sport at the college.
