First Mutual Properties Limited, the owners of George Square at Kamfinsa shopping centre are putting interlocking concrete blocks in the car park at a cost of ZWL$7million.

In an interview, First Mutual Properties Limited property investments manager, Mr Esward Munyangadzi said the work is meant to improve on their customers’ shopping experience and convenience.
“George Square shopping centre is one of the prime commercial properties owned by First Mutual Properties.
“We are replacing the tarmac driveways and improving the car park with durable interlocking concrete blocks.
“This is in line with First Mutual Properties’ strategy of upgrading infrastructure at its properties so as to improve on the customer shopping experience and convenience,” he said.
Mr Munyangadzi said the renovations started at the beginning of last month and are expected to be completed at the end of next month.
